1 Box Cucina Cipoletti Paccheri
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 Sprig of Fresh Thyme
1 Tablespoon Fresh Oregano
Parmigiano Reggiano
1 Cup Wild or Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced
½ Cup Beef Bone Broth
½ Cup Heavy Cream

In a large pan, sauté minced garlic over medium heat for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant and tender.
Add sliced mushrooms to the pan and continue to sauté over medium heat for 2-5 minutes, or until tender.
Pour in beef bone broth, allowing it to infuse the mushrooms with rich flavor.

Pour in the heavy cream and whisk gently until the sauce thickens slightly.

Once the pasta is cooked, add it directly to the creamy mushroom sauce in the pan, coating the pasta in the creamy sauce.
Grate Parmigiano Reggiano cheese generously into the pan, allowing it to melt and meld with the flavors of the sauce and pasta.
Sprinkle the remainder of the fresh herbs and additional freshly grated Parmigiano Reggiano to taste.
